Hire Specifications
Our outdoor cinema package consists of:
- 3.8m (12ft) inflatable screen
- LCD movie projector
- 500 + watt sound system
- DVD player/karaoke system and audio mixer, (all housed in a sturdy road case and designed for safety and ease of use)
- 2 speakers
- All necessary cables and instructions, etc.

Equipment
What you will be hiring is big bright & loud but for those that want a little more technical information this is what the Screen Hire includes:
- Inflatable Screen: 3.8m / 12ft diagonal screen. Inflatable in around five minutes with the air pump provided. The screen material is dual use front or rear projection.
- Digital Projector: Liquid Crystal Display projector capable of producing 2,000 ANSI lumens brightness. The projector is compatible with HD TV, etc, and is rear projection capable.
- Audio Visual Centre & PA System: 1 x stereo power amplifier, 2 x 200 watts. 2 x 10 metre low voltage speaker cables. DVD Player 1 x DVD player with 2 microphone inputs and karaoke capability. Mixer Premium ultra low-noise, high headroom analog mixer. Microphone preamp and 2-band EQ. Main mix, stereo CD/tape plus separate headphone outputs. CD/tape inputs assignable to headphone output or main mix outputs.
- Speakers: 2 x powerful 12” 2 way passive speakers capable of producing 600 watts max. Speakers can be ground or stand mounted (stands optional).
- Other components: 1 x Vinyl blackout screen. 1 x plastic groundsheet. Grommets for staking or weighing screen down. Stakes and rope included. Remote controls for DVD Player & Projector
What can I connect to the big screen? You can connect just about anything that you could normally connect to your TV at home. Playstation, Nintendo, Xbox, video camera, Set top box etc.
Setting Up
For those who choose our DIY hire option. Set up is simple and comes with step by step instructions. Simply inflate the 144 inch (380 cm) screen, power up the projector, plug in the sound system, slip a disc into the DVD player or connect up a TV network and you have your own, personal outdoor cinema.
The whole procedure, including projector hook-up etc, takes approx 30mins.

Audiences of 150+ can be comfortably accommodated by our 3.8 metre screen. Below is an example of the space requirements you will need to set up the whole cinema package.
